ශ්‍රී ලංකා පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනත (PDPA) යටතේ, අප ඔබගේ පුද්ගලික දත්ත සැකසීම සිදු කරනු ලබන්නේ ඔබගේ එකඟතාවය මත සහ ගිවිසුමක් ඉටු කිරීමේ අත්‍යවශ්‍යතාවය (ඔබගේ ඇණවුම් භාරදීම) මත පදනම්වය. රැස් කරන ලද තොරතුරු අප පහත සඳහන් කාර්යයන් සඳහා භාවිතා කරයි:

ඔබගේ ඇණවුම් සැකසීම, තහවුරු කිරීම සහ ඉටු කිරීම.
අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඔබගේ ගිණුම සකස් කිරීම සහ කළමනාකරණය කිරීම.
නිෂ්පාදන බෙදා හැරීම (Delivery) සංවිධානය කිරීම.

4. අප ඔබගේ තොරතුරු ගබඩා කරන සහ බෙදාගන්නා ආකාරය

අපගේ වෙළඳසැල සත්කාරකත්වය (Host) දරනු ලබන්නේ සහ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන්නේ WooCommerce ප්ලගිනය සහිත WordPress මෘදුකාංගය මතය. ඔබගේ දත්ත අපගේ වෙබ් සත්කාරක සේවා සපයන්නාගේ (Web Hosting Provider) දත්ත සමුදායන් සහ ආරක්ෂිත සේවාදායකයක (Secure Server) ඇති පොදු WordPress යෙදුම හරහා ගබඩා කර ඇත.

5. දත්ත රඳවා තබා ගැනීම

පොදුවේ ගත් කල, අප ඔබගේ තොරතුරු රැස් කරන ලද සහ භාවිතා කරන අරමුණු සඳහා අවශ්‍ය තාක් කල් සහ නීත්‍යානුකූලව තබා ගැනීමට බැඳී නොමැති තාක් කල් පමණක් රඳවා තබා ගනී.

ඇණවුම් තොරතුරු: ශ්‍රී ලංකා නීතියෙන් නියම කර ඇති පරිදි ගිණුම්කරණය, බදු සහ වගකීම් (Warranty) අරමුණු සඳහා ගබඩා කර තබා ගනී.
ගිණුම් තොරතුරු: ඔබ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ලියාපදිංචි වන්නේ නම්, ඔබගේ පරිශීලක පැතිකඩෙහි සපයා ඇති පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු අප ගබඩා කරයි. ඔබට ඕනෑම වේලාවක ඔබගේ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු බැලීමට, සංස්කරණය කිරීමට හෝ මැකීමට හැකිය (පරිශීලක නාමය/Username වෙනස් කළ නොහැක). වෙබ් අඩවි පරිපාලකයින්ටද එම තොරතුරු බැලීමට සහ සංස්කරණය කිරීමට හැකියාව ඇත.
අක්‍රිය දත්ත: අසම්පූර්ණ, අසාර්ථක හෝ අවලංගු කරන ලද ඇණවුම් අපගේ දත්ත ගබඩාවෙන් නියමිත වේලාවට ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ.

6. කුකීස් (Cookies) සහ වෙබ් අඩවි භාවිතය

අපගේ වෙළඳසැල WooCommerce මත ක්‍රියාත්මක වන බැවින්, මිලදී ගැනීමේ කරත්ත (Cart) දත්ත සහ ඔබගේ සැසිය (Session) නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීමට අප විශේෂ කුකීස් (Cookies) භාවිතා කරයි:

ශ්‍රී ලංකා දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ නීතිවලට අනුකූලව, ඔබට පහත සඳහන් අයිතිවාසිකම් ඇත:

අප සතුව ඇති ඔබගේ පුද්ගලික දත්තවල පිටපතක් ලබා දෙන ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටීම.
යම් වැරදි හෝ අසම්පූර්ණ තොරතුරක් නිවැරදි කරන ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටීම.
ඔබගේ දත්ත මකා දමන ලෙස ඉල්ලා සිටීම (“අමතක වීමේ අයිතිය” / Right to be forgotten). පරිපාලනමය, නීතිමය හෝ ආරක්ෂක අරමුණු සඳහා අප තබා ගැනීමට බැඳී සිටින දත්ත මෙයට ඇතුළත් නොවේ.

பொதுவாக, உங்களது தகவல்களை எந்த நோக்கத்திற்காகச் சேகரித்தோமோ, அந்த நோக்கத்திற்குத் தேவையான காலம் வரையிலும், சட்டப்படி அதைத் தொடர்ந்து வைத்திருக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லாதவரையிலும் மட்டுமே நாங்கள் சேமித்து வைப்போம்.

ஆர்டர் தகவல்கள்: இலங்கைச் சட்டத்தின்படி கணக்கியல், வரி மற்றும் உத்தரவாதம் (Warranty) நோக்கங்களுக்காகச் சேமிக்கப்படும்.
